Phil Madhere

Mr. Madhere joined Southeastern Development Associates in 2011 and is responsible for the construction of retail and multi-family development projects throughout the Southeast.  From planning to project completion, Mr. Madhere oversees all aspects of construction including budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and quality control.

Mr. Madhere also acts as the qualifying General Contractor (GC) for our sister company Grand Oak Construction, LLC in various Southeastern States in which we operate.  As the GC, Grand Oak Construction, LLC self performs our multi-family projects as well as several retail / commercial development projects.  Mr. Madhere earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Champlain College, Burlington VT in 1999.
