Southeastern Finalizes Sale of Retail Shops Pad in Rincon, GA

Rhodes Seeger, Chris Senn and Tommy Saul of Southeastern finalize the sale of the retail shops pad in Rincon, GA adjacent to Kroger Marketplace.  The Southeastern Team was able to negotiate leases with Firehouse Subs, Dominos Pizza, Super Cuts and Noire Nail Salon.  The new owner plans to start construction in September with delivery of the shops occurring in the 1^st quarter of 2018.

This was the last lot remaining in the Kroger Marketplace development.  The Southeastern Team successfully completed sales earlier this year with KFC and Taco Bell  which opened in the 1^st quarter of 2017.
