UrbA Arlington

Southeastern Development Associates, in a partnership with Harris Teeter, is developing a three phased mixed-use development in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington, VA, called UrbA. The 6.19 acre site is located at the intersection of North Glebe Road and North Randolph Street. The first phase is now open and includes 310 luxury apartments over a 64,000 sf flag ship Harris Teeter and two levels of below-grade parking. The second phase will include 197 luxury apartments with one level of at grade Harris Teeter parking, an additional below-grade level of parking for the apartments, and a 0.625 acre public park. The third phase will include 226 luxury apartments over 10,000 sf of N Glebe-fronting retail with parking behind and two additional below-grade parking levels.
