Southeastern Development Associates is developing a 467-unit Class A garden-style apartment community located on 16.13 acres in the Metro Center submarket of Nashville, Tennessee. The community will be developed in two phase, 321 units in Phase 1 and 146 Units in Phase 2. The community amenities will include two over-sized saline pools with sun shelfs, an outdoor fireplace and grills, a 24/7 athletic club, a yoga studio with a rock climbing wall and a reflect mirror virtual trainer, a golf simulator, a pet spa, a cyber-café, and a dog park. The project will also have direct access to the Cumberland River and the Music City Greenway system. The project is within a 3.5 mile walk/bike ride to downtown on the Music City Greenway System. 474 parking spaces and 100 garages will be dedicated to the nine buildings and the fitness center. Unit finishes will include quartz countertops with tile backsplash, wood-inspired flooring, stainless steel appliances, crown molding throughout, separate walk-in tiled showers, garden tubs, built-in USB ports, oversized closets, ceiling fans, keyless entry doors, and spacious porches. The community is currently in lease up.
