The Southeastern Investment Sales team, David Rivers, Steve Collins and Ryan McArdle, facilitated the sale of Gateway Retail  Shops, a 9,515 SQ FT Wal-Mart shadowed center in Grovetown, GA.  Located just off Interstate 20 at Lewiston Rd, Grovetown’s major retail corridor in a high growth area of the Augusta, GA MSA.  The center was 100% occupied at the time of sale with a mix of local and national tenants on brand new leases.  Southeastern represented the seller in the transaction.  The buyer was satisfying a 1031 need.
