Sarah Davis of Southeastern facilitated the sale of Augusta South Square. The shopping center totaled 56,500 sq.ft. of shops at 2215 Tobacco Road, Augusta, GA. The shopping center is anchored by The Family YMCA. The property was purchased by a local investor. Tenant’s include SRP Federal Credit Union, Doctors Hospital, Pizza Hut, CSRA Tax, Wectec, LLC and Pro Nails. Southeastern represented the seller in the transaction. The property closed in August 2017.
